Project360 Customer Support is available 24 hours a day with response times determined by the type of support required. We defined as any discrepancy that grounds an airplane and is reported between 4 and 6 hours of normally scheduled departure. Customer Support will provide a response to these situations within 2 hours. Routine is defined as any discrepancy that grounds an airplane, but is beyond 6 hours of normally scheduled departure, or any discrepancy that is dispatchable with the issue of a minimum equipment list or any other approved procedure.  Our aircraft services are deeply embedded in our global network, giving you access to all our resources. Our range of capabilities covers all line and base maintenance activities at your home base, on your stations or in our base maintenance facilities. It includes technicians, tooling and logistics support for both scheduled and unplanned servicing. The range of services comprises aircraft overhaul including heavy maintenance up to D-checks, repair, technical management of entire fleets as well as cabin and other modification programs. We hold approvals throughout the world.
